- Delivering high quality support to the dedicated client group
- Increase the business results
- Preparing meetings presentation
- Arranging travel for the team
- Managing the Leaders and Managers diary
- Operating administrative tasks
- Assisting Senior Management
- Dealing with unsatisfied clients
- Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Arranging and facilitating the induction of any new recruits to the team
DESIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Educated to A Level standard
- Customer service experience required
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Powerpoint
