THE ADOLPHUS GROUP IS RECRUITING AN ENTHUSIASTIC AND PASSIONATE COMMIS CHEF to work in a fabulous 2 Rosette Restaurant based in central london.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Preparing the ingredients for a more senior chef
- Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
- Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience as a commis chef required
- Being attentive, dynamic, friendly and polite
- Being tidy, clean and hygienic
- Communication and motivation
- Be able to learn on your feet and be passionate about food
- Be versatile and have knowledge of all kitchen department
- NVQs or SVQs diploma
