JOB DESCRIPTION
- Administering a range of treatments
- Front of house duties including meeting and greeting customers, answering the phone and taking bookings
- washing, cutting, dying and brushing hair
- Promoting and selling beauty products

- Strong customer service skills, with an ability to satisfy the clientele
- The ability to provide a quality service
- The aptitude to do shampooing, cutting, coloring styling hair and treating scalp
- The confidence and capability to work with senior profile executives and client
- A flexible and professional manner
- A quality-driven approach, consistently aiming for high standards
- Dynamic and Enthusiastic skills
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a hair salon before required
- Knowledge of hair products
- Ability to evaluate and maximise the customer satisfaction
- Qualified and experienced in chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances used in a hair salon.
