A stunning Personal Assistant is required for immediate start


ADOLPHUS GROUP is looking to recruit a dedicated PERSONAL ASSISTANT
with good administrative and secretarial skills for an immediate start.

JOB DESCRIPTION 
- Answering telephone calls
- Maintaining diaries
- Arranging appointments
- Taking messages
- Typing/word processing
- Filing; organising meetings
- Using a variety of software packages
- Booking transport and accommodation
- Managing databases; handling correspondence
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports.

DESIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Previous similar experience
- Enthusiasm, drive and initiative
- Adeptness, reliability and flexibility
- Listening and communication
- Strong IT skills, including advanced PowerPoint
- Ability work both professionally and confidentially
- Previous PA experience preferably within a legal office environment
