Accounts Assistant required for immediate start




ADOLPHUS GROUP is looking to recruit a high skilled ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT with excellent communication and numeracy skills for an immediate start.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Providing accounting support
- Reconciling finance accounts
- Maintaining spreadsheets and raising invoices
- Budgeting and controlling credit
- Working with sales and purchase ledgers
- Handling insurance returns and journal postings
- Managing office
- Preparing statutory accounts
- Processing expenses
- Preparing VAT returns

DESIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- The ideal accounts assistant will have previous experience in a similar role and ideally at the early stages of studying a relevant finance qualification
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent internet and MS Office skills
