- Organizing the service of a wide selection of wines to the guests in the fine dining restaurant.
- Providing a personal service to the guests,
- Maximising sales by delivering the highest quality customer service.
- Informe and advice on the restaurant range of wines.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience into a fine dining establishment
- Being organised and work to high standards at all times.
- A Certificate in wines and spirits
- Effective Communication in English
- Friendly, flexible and positive attitude
