CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER POSITION AVAILABLE, LONDON * UK Jobs * Adolphus Group Hiring

AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY HAS ARISEN FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER 
within our Clients Organisation for someone looking to take the next step in their customer service career. You will work in a supervisory role reporting to the Department Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Listening to calls and giving feedback
- Demonstrating excellent customer service to the team members
- Support team members in order to help the business achieve and exceed all targets
- To consistently ensure that your team are coached and developed so they are providing excellent customer service at all times
- Motivating others by leading by example and recognising excellent customer service by team members
- Meet planned workloads whilst achieving call centre operational standards
- Speak with customers and other areas of the operation to resolve queries
- Ensure that, at all times, staff work within the guidelines of the data protection act
- Ensure call backs to customers are made within 3 hours maximum
- Adhering to KPI’s in terms of call volumes and quality of calls
- Understanding and delivering company policies and procedures
- You will be provided with specialist training on the sale of goods act, return and repair policy and warranties.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Supervisory experience is desirable
- Excellent communicator and telephone manner, interest in mobile phones, computer literate
- Be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
- Be able to demonstrate and recognise excellent customer service
- Be able to make considered decisions on a day to day basis
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire your teams
- Competent IT skills
