LETTINGS NEGOTIATORS REQUIRED FOR AN AWARD WINING ESTATE AGENT | Adolphus Group Recruiting

WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATORS, ambitious and enthusiastic sales people who can demonstrate they have the willingness to learn and develop themselves in the property industry. 

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Registering applicants 
- Matching properties to applicants needs 
- Conducting viewings 
- Negotiating and Closing deals 
- Liaising with vendors and purchasers
- Canvassing of new properties

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years proven experience as an Negotiator 
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) 
- Impeccable presentation 
- Proven track record as a successful Sales Negotiator
- Previous Experience working within Estate Agency
- Able to demonstrate a successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets
- Customer focused 
- Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic 
- You must have a full UK driving licence

DESIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Sales skills 
- Excellent organisational skills 
- Able to prioritise your work load work under your own initiative
- Good communication skills, be well spoken and well presented since you will be dealing with clients. 
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) and Windows - with strong typing skills 
- Drive, ambition and motivation to be successful in the competitive property industry 

You will be assisting the sales and lettings team within the office, plus general personal assistance to the Lettings Manager and Negotiators. Another key part to this job will involve you having the confidence to sell appointments to prospective buyers and tenants. This is a varied role and will require the successful candidate to have good sales and office skills.
