EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY HAS ARISEN FOR AN EXPERIENCED AND TALENTED ONLINE MARKETING EXECUTIVE in a very dynamic, positive and award-winning Estate Agency based in Mayfair, London.
You will become an integral part of the in-house marketing department. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven online marketing background and possess strong copy writing and content management skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assisting the Marketing Manager with marketing of all company products and services online
- Assist marketing Manager in implementing and monitoring the online marketing plan
- Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge
- Maintaining and developing company websites and all social media
- Copywriting all content online and offer copy writing support for marketing material for internal and external purposes.
- Create artwork for marketing campaigns and for in-house documents.
- Undertake competitor and market research and measuring marketing activities
- Work proactively as part of the marketing team to ensure maximised results

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years online marketing experience
- Strong Graphic Design/ Artwork creation skills - Adobe CS6
- Strong skills in digital marketing - SEO, PPC and E-mail marketing
- A strong understanding of Social Media - Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and their SEO benefits
- Strong copy writing skills
- A strong understanding of Google Analytics, interpreting findings and producing recommendations to generate traffic and leads

DESIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Educated to a 2:1 degree level in either a marketing or business related 
qualification. 
- Advanced level of computer literacy in Microsoft packages, particularly in Excel. 
- Proven experience working within CRM/Email marketing and or campaign 
management. 
- Demonstrated experience in working with databases, data analysis, 
segmentation and email marketing platforms. 
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. 
- Numerate and analytical 
- Ability to manage project, organise and prioritise. 
- Excellent team player and interpersonal skills. 
- Accurate, systematic and methodical.
