WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT DUTY MANAGER FOR ONE OF OUR PRESTIGIOUS CLIENTS BASED IN CENTRAL LONDON.
This Hotel is a stunning four star deluxe property located in the heart of London’s elegant Bloomsbury. This wonderful hotel features an extensive number of individually designed bedrooms and suites, an established bar, restaurant, wood deck terrace and several function rooms. The restaurant has 1 AA rosette and offers a menu that delivers both modern British cuisine as well as comfort dish classics.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the hotel and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction
- Responsible for all aspects of the hotel including guest and employee security practising due diligence, emergency procedures
- To create an excellent impression to all visitors and deal with guest queries/problems
- Responsible for VIPs and ensuring guest recognition of regular guests
- To be involved in staff recruitment, performance management, training & development
- Dealing with contractors and suppliers
- Supporting with Health & Safety control, management & training
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in a management / supervisory position within a hotel.
- Experience working with large functions of up to 200 covers
- Customer focused with excellent communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written English along with a good level of computer literacy
- Has to be able to handle new situations, be well-organised, social honest, flexible.
- Enthusiastic and be a good communicator
