WE ARE CURRENTLY SEARCHING FOR A FULL TIME SPA RECEPTIONIST.
The position is temporary, with the potential to turn permanent. Ideal candidates will have beauty therapist experience and qualifications equivalent to a minimum NVQ level 3. You will work in a premier spa range specialises in a full collection of stylist and natural products, candidate will be required to manage a busy reception desk, signing guests in for treatments and answering queries over the phone or face to face. Treatments on offer included; facials, massages (hot stone and reflexology) and Cowshed pedicures and manicures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience as Receptionist within a luxury Spa environment either within a 5* Hotel, Destination Spa or Gym, Resort or Cruise Ship
- Exceptional grooming and communications skills a must including a good level of spoken English
- Candidates with a good knowledge of Holistic Therapies, Massage and/or Beauty are particularly welcome to apply
- Previous experience using Concept Spa by Micros/Opera beneficial
- NVQ level 3 minimum qualification
