JOB DESCRIPTION:
Providing the highest quality guest accommodations and services is the main job of a hotel duty manager. He accomplishes this by hiring, training and supervising quality personnel to work in all departments, including front desk operations, reservations, guest relations and housekeeping. His job also requires his to develop promotional and marketing plans to increase business and create a favorable image in the community. He must also prepare budgets and revenue projections for upper management review and feedback.
YOU REQUIRED TO HAVE:
- previous experience in similar field in a 4-5 star hotel
- opera software knowledge
- excellent customer service skills
