AN AMAZING OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN ONE OF LONDON'S MOST PRESTIGIOUS HOTEL GROUPS: 

Our client is a large 5* hotel in West End Central London looking to recruit an experienced Food & Beverage Manager responsible for managing the F&B Department ensuring all of the F&B standards are upheld to the highest standards.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
- To lead, motivate & manage the Food and Beverage team, to ensure that team performance reviews are completed on time.
- Effectively monitor & review all department procedures.
- To ensure that the highest level of service is provided to all guests & clients of the hotel.
- To ensure that the hotel standards relating to recruitment & selection are applied at all times, & that accurate selection processes are in place, e.g. personnel specifications, job descriptions, etc. to maximise effectiveness of recruitment.
- To continually review, promote & deliver the training & development of the Food and Beverage team, through effective performance reviews & clearly defined skills training.
- Ensure that team performance reviews are completed on time.
- To constantly check all Food and Beverage areas to ensure cleanliness & tidiness. Reporting & following up any issues immediately.
- To prepare & publish the team rota on time ensuring sufficient coverage in relation to business levels & special events that may be taking place.
- To ensure the Food and Beverage filing is complete & accurate at all times ensuring any necessary records are up to date & kept locked at all times to ensure privacy.
- To process holiday & rota requests to ensure holidays are taken throughout the year, avoiding a build up at the end of the year.

THE IDEAL APPLICANT HAS MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITHIN A 4/5* HOSPITALITY ROLE AS A FOOD AND BEVERAGE OR RESTAURANT MANAGER.
