JOB DESCRIPTION
- Answering telephone calls
- Maintaining diaries
- Arranging appointments
- Taking messages
- Typing/word processing
- Filing; organising meetings
- Using a variety of software packages
- Booking transport and accommodation
- Managing databases; handling correspondence
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Support the Senior Manager
- Plan travel itineraries
- Be responsible for organising flight, accommodation and all ground travel reservations
- Complete expense reports
- Maintain and update a Centralised Register
- Setting up meetings and minute taking

- Enthusiasm, drive and initiative

- Strong IT skills, including advanced PowerPoint
