BAR BACK STAFF REQUIRED FOR A PREMIUM 4 STAR LONDON HOTEL * UK Jobs * Adolphus Group Hiring

WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT BAR BACK STAFF  to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all of our customers, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers. The Bar Back staff will act as a bartender assistant.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Get ice for all the wells
- Prepare fruit trays
- Restock the bar with beer, liquor, wine, glassware, juices, etc.
- Check the draught beers to make sure they're working and that they're not empty.
- Get trash cans and towels.
- Make sure that the bar is clean before opening it.
- Collect empty glasses from the bar.
- Wash glassware
- Wipe the bar top constantly.
- Get rid of the trash and boxes.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a bar required
- High level of customer service
- Perfect english communication skills
- A perfect presentation skill is required
- Team leadership
