Receptionist needed for a 5 star London Hotel * UK Jobs * Adolphus Group Hiring

EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY for a receptionist with great communications and customer care skills that would like to join a dynamic and enthusiastic front of house team in a awarded 5 stars London Hotel. The position is full time and permanent.

- Have excellent organisational and administration skills.
- You will work as part of the reception team providing an efficient and effective service.
- Perform an efficient and friendly check in/out to all our guests.
- Have strong communication skills and a pro-active approach to your work.
- You will ensure that the guests are completely satisfied at every stage of their stay, from check-in to check-out.
- Have previous experience in a customer contact role.
- Have a previous knowledge of Opera is desirable.
- Have a high level of both written and spoken English
- Ideally speak a second language.
- Be working with a dedicated team and be passionate about your work.
- Have the desire to progress your career in an International Company.
