LETTINGS ADMINISTRATORS IN LONDON | Adolphus Group Recruiting


WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR ENTHUSIASTIC AND EXPERIENCED LETTINGS ADMINISTRATORS to join one of the leading residential agents in London, offering an extensive portfolio of UK and international property.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Progressing Tenancy & Renewal files
- Preparing Tenancy Agreements
- Chasing paperwork
- Preparing invoices
- Booking inventories and Tenancy cleans and arranging keys
- Registering applicants and booking in viewings
- Carrying out viewings at properties on one in four Saturdays worked

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Meeting and greeting customers and dealing with enquiries,
- Answering telephone/email enquiries
- Preparing property details and window displays,
- Correspondence with landlords, tenants and contractors,
- Preparation of contracts, tenancy agreements, inventories
- Processing maintenance issues
- Ensuring excellent presentation of the company at all times

DESIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Previous estate agency experience.
- Good communicator, articulate, numerate and with a strong eye for detaill.
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellent spreadsheet and database skills, knowledge of SAP
- Good organizational skills with the ability to consider opportunities and risks. 
- Competent in the use of MS office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), QWB and SAP
