JOB DESCRIPTION
- Pastry cooking methods and techniques
- Prepare high quality pastries
- Prepare all pastry and dessert items for buffet, banquet or other events
- Plan and organize for large-scale events
- Bake and create cakes to order
- Chocolate work for garnishes
- Supervise and coordinate the production of desserts
REQUIREMENTS
- Good English skills
- Previous upscale work experience in Pastry
- Solid Culinary work history
