HEAD CHEF REQUIRED TO JOIN AN AWARDED RESTAURANT * UK Jobs * Adolphus Group Hiring

WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT A HEAD CHEF to effectively manage the kitchen team to achieving the highest standard of food production, to control and manage the food cost in line with the budget, source ingredients in accordance with the Company’s sourcing policy and control production and portions in line with agreed specifications.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure the efficient and smooth running of the kitchen
- Promote and maintain good working relationships throughout the catering team
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Shift Leaders, commis chefs, general
- assistants and kitchen porters with particular attention to the allocation of their
- duties and specific tasks
- Carry out, monitor and ensure effective recording of staff training.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in catering
- Intermediate/advance food hygiene
- Equivalent to NVQ qualifications
- A flair and passion for food
- Ability to demonstrate effective commercial and people management skills
