WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT A TALENTED MIXOLOGIST to prepare drinks for the customers and servers, ensuring that the proper materials and supplies are on hand. Mixologists must have your own flavor, your own recipes of mixology...if you consider yourself a great bartender, you would have your own specialty drinks that you call your best!
DESIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Excellent communication skills, including an excellent standard of written and spoken English.
- Strong organisation skills.
- Welcoming, greeting and assisting the guests with their beverage choices
- Ensuring that all beverage products are served to the correct standards
- Ability to prepare all listed cocktails to the highest standard and have a superior knowledge of other classic cocktails
- Ensuring that bar is fully stocked and prepared for service
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of beverage and cocktail.
- Previous experiences as a mixologist required.
