JOB DESCRIPTION
- Devising and maintaining office systems
- Including data management and filing
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests
- Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post
- Often corresponding on behalf of the manager
- Taking dictation and minutes
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous projects and research on this field
- Responsibility skill for accounts and budgets
- Organize and prepare to attend meetings
- Previous experiences with clients, suppliers and other staff
