THE POSITION IS FULL TIME, PERMANENT.
AS A FRONT OFFICE TEAM MEMBER YOU WILL:
- Work as part of the reception team providing an efficient and effective service.
- You will perform a professional and friendly check in/out to all our guests.
- You will ensure that the guests are completely satisfied at every stage of their stay, from check-in to check-out.
TO BE A SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT, YOU NEED TO:
- Have previous experience in a hotel receptionist/reservationist role.
- Have excellent organisational and administration skills.
- Have strong communication skills and a pro-active approach to your work
- Have a high level of both written and spoken English, ideally speak a second language.
- Have previous knowledge of Opera software
- Have the desire to progress your career in an International Company.
