We are seeking a professional, energetic office administrative assistant for a Central London based Office of a Natural Product Distributor. The position requires strong office skills, an organized multi-tasker who is keen to expand their skills and is comfortable working in a fast paced environment. This will be a busy and exciting role with the opportunity to learn and become involved in a wide variety of different areas.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Duties:
· Office management.
· PA support for the manager.
· General administration and ad hoc duties.
· Basic accounting tasks.
· Processing expenses.
· Managing incoming mail, emails and phone calls.
Essential:
· At least 1 year experience within similar environment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Organized multi-tasker.
· Flexible and positive approach to working in a team.
· Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
· Good work ethic.
· Quick learner and able to problem solve effectively.
