JOB DESCRIPTION
- Wash crockery and utensils
- Daily clean of kitchen areas
- Deep clean of kitchen equipment
- Keep stores areas neat and tidy
- Keep refrigeration and freezers organised
- Report failing equipment to Supervisor
- Report Health and Safety hazards to Supervisor
- Communicate effectively with staff
- Contribute to stock taking as required
- Provide Porter support with deliveries
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a 4 or 5*Hotel required
- Commitment to Adolphus Group high standards
- Ability to learn quickly
- Be flexible and polite with everyone
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Perfect English speaking
- Awareness of hygiene systems
