IN LONDON. We work with several 4 and 5 stars hotels that
requires waiting staff to join their teams to deliver exceptional customer
service with a fun personality, great communication skills along with
experience within a 4 / 5 star venue. You will have the opportunity to work in
some of the most prestigious hotels and exciting events in London.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Welcoming, greeting and assisting the guests
- Ensuring that all guests are
attended, provided with correct information
- Ensuring the positive and strong brand
representation- Ensuring efficient communication between the guests and the rest of the events team
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Have previous food and beverage experience within a four or five star hotel
- Have a good knowledge of food and beverage products
- Be able to deal with guests and staff members in a professional manner
- Be dynamic, organised and have a pro-active attitude
- Be eligible to work on a full-time basis within the UK
