JOB DESCRIPTION
- Making sure the restaurant/Hotel floor runs smoothly
- Meet the restaurant's/Hotel's monthly targets and handle budgets
- Assist in cooking
- Deal with any enquiries and complaints and monitor customer service
- Serve customers as needed
- Put together the rotas and shifts
- Managing deliveries
- Recruit and train staff
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in an Hotel before.
- Knowlegde of the tasks of the Assistant manager
- Very professional with clients and staffs
- Can work under pressure
- Responsible
- Good communication
- Confident and enthusiastic
- Able to deal with confidential matters
