We are looking for Wine Waiters to work within a four and five Star Hotels. Working under the direction of the Head Sommelier you will organize the service of a wide selection of wines to the guests in the fine dining restaurant. The Wine waiter is to provide a personal service to the guests, maximising sales by delivering the highest quality customer service. Exceptional charismatic interpersonal skills are required as well as a detailed knowledge of a wide range of wines.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate comes from a hotel or restaurant environment and is looking to get into a fine dining establishment. You need to be organised and work to high standards at all times.
The ideal Candidate has:
· Previous experience in a similar role within a four or five star hotel
· A Certificate in wines and spirits
· Effective Communication in English
· Friendly, flexible and positive attitude
